Questions about home internet, TV and phone
Each offer is one internet plan with the same provider’s cheapest TV plan and cheapest phone plan, depending on what you need. The price is the sum of the prices each provider states. A TV or phone plan counts as free only when the provider says it is included with that internet plan. Discounts that need one of the provider’s mobile plans are listed in the comparison, not taken off the price, because the mobile plan is not part of the offer. The 12-month view adds the one-off fees the providers state; our data does not say when a promotion ends, so check how long it lasts on the provider’s page.
Sort the list by “Cheapest” to see the lowest monthly price for what you selected. Many cheap offers are promotions; the card shows the regular price when the provider states one.

Every card shows the date its price was last checked on the provider’s page. MEconomyBot reads home internet, TV and phone every night, so far for some providers; the other providers’ prices are kept by hand. Check the provider’s own page before you order.

Fibre brings a glass-fibre line into the home and offers the highest speeds, with upload as fast as download on many plans. Cable uses the TV cable network and reaches high download speeds with slower upload. DSL runs over the copper telephone line and is slower the further you live from the exchange. 5G home internet uses the mobile network through a router at home and needs no line, but its speed depends on reception.

Speeds are the most a plan offers. Which technologies and speeds reach your home depends on your address. Enter your postcode or municipality at the top of the page to see which providers list it on their own pages. That is the area a provider says it serves, not a check of your building, and we cannot check an address yet. Confirm on the provider’s availability page before you order.

Yes. Swiss law lets you keep your fixed-line number when you change provider. The new provider usually handles the transfer when you order; do not cancel the old contract yourself before the number has moved.

Most plans include a router, and the card says so when the provider states it. Some low-cost and fibre plans let you use your own; the comparison table shows the router and Wi-Fi standard for each offer.

When internet, TV and phone have different minimum terms, the offer shows the longest one, since it binds you the longest. If any part does not state its term, the offer shows “Contract not stated”. Cancelling before the term ends usually costs the remaining monthly fees or a fixed fee; the provider’s contract terms say which.
